Botany Town Centre Medical Practice has a range of appointment options for our patients including, Face to Face, Online Video or Telephone appointments.
New Patients
We recommend that you enrol with a medical centre before you need to see the doctor or nurse. If you are moving or just wanting to change your GP, you can download our enrolment form and start registering.
Prescriptions
We provide repeat prescription services for all our patients. You can request a repeat prescription by any of the following methods: By phone (09) 273 6003 or by fax (09) 273 6004 or you can use the on line form.
Test Results
All doctor requests for urgent results are reported on the same day. Remember you can make a follow-up appointment at any time to discuss your results.
Patient Portal
When you’re enrolled with us, you can register for our patient portal, ManageMyHealth.t is a safe and secure way to manage your health online & an easy way to keep up to date with your health information all in one place
Vaccinations
Book an appointment with the GP for a 6-week new-born baby check, followed by an appointment with the Nurse, to provide a 6 week new-born baby vaccination.
